# Takedowns

## Overview

Amondo respects the rights of content owners and individuals. We review and act on all valid takedown requests related to copyright, privacy or other applicable legal concerns. This process ensures that any content displayed on the platform complies with intellectual property laws, platform terms and user rights.

## Grounds for takedown

A takedown request may be submitted for any of the following reasons:

* Copyright infringement or unauthorised use of intellectual property
* Violation of an individual’s privacy or image rights
* Content that breaches applicable law or platform terms of service
* Content posted without required permissions or licences

## Request process

To request the review or removal of specific content, please submit a report using the [Amondo Content Report Form](https://form.amondo.com/yiayypqc). The form collects the information needed to identify the content in question and the reason for the request.

Amondo reviews all valid submissions and responds within a reasonable timeframe. Where a claim is accepted, the content will be removed or access will be restricted as appropriate. If additional details are needed, Amondo may contact the requester to clarify the report.

## Review and escalation

All takedown requests are assessed by Amondo’s content and compliance teams. Complex or disputed matters may be escalated to legal review. In cases involving third-party platform content, Amondo will act in accordance with the source platform’s rights management or API policies.

## Notice to affected users

When content is removed, Amondo may notify the account owner or customer responsible for its publication, unless prohibited by law or by the terms of the original request. Amondo does not disclose requester details unless legally required to do so.
