Platform Policies
See what content Amondo can collect from each platform, the rules for different content types, and when you need permission.
Different platforms have different rules for collection. Within each platform, rules also vary by content type (e.g., Instagram Feed posts vs Stories) and by intended use (embed, repost, create derivatives or use in out-of-home (OOH) environments).
Use these guides to understand how to collect public content into Amondo while staying aligned with platform policies and creator rights.

Why rules differ
Platform policies: Each platform defines what can be collected and how it can be displayed.
Content types: Formats (e.g., Feed posts, Stories, Reels, Tweets, Videos, Playlists) can have different availability windows and usage terms.
Intended use: Embedding public posts via official tools is not the same as reposting, creating derivatives, printing or using content in OOH/digital signage. These uses often require explicit permission from the creator.
Quick reminders
Collect public content only; private or restricted items aren’t eligible.
Using official embeds/players differs from downloading & re-uploading or editing content.
Derivatives (e.g., cutting into a new social asset), printing or other off-platform uses also generally need explicit permission.
Note: These pages are practical guidance, not legal advice. Platform policies can change and specific media (e.g., music, logos, people's likeness) may involve additional rights. If in doubt, obtain explicit permission.
