Reporting

Understand how reporting works when using Managed Delivery.

Overview

Amondo provides detailed performance reporting as part of the Managed Delivery service. Reports combine quantitative analytics with qualitative insights, offering a clear view of how curated content is performing across channels.

Clients using self-service tools can access a simplified analytics overview within the platform. Managed Delivery reports are more detailed, combining multiple data views and analysis tailored to campaign objectives.

Scope

Reports can be produced at both the Imprint and Tile level, covering owned, sourced, and user-generated content. They summarise overall performance and provide deeper insight into content effectiveness and audience engagement.

Each report can include:

  • Dwell time

  • Impressions

  • Clicks and interactions

  • Conversions or call-to-action completions

  • Content volume and moderation outcomes

All metrics are drawn from Amondo’s native analytics tools and presented in an aggregated, anonymised format. No personally identifiable data is included.

Report types

Amondo offers a range of report formats that can be combined or customised to meet client requirements. Examples include:

  • Campaign performance summaries

  • Content effectiveness reports

  • Platform or placement breakdowns

  • Moderation and approvals summaries

These reports can be adapted to suit the cadence, scope, and focus of each campaign.

Delivery

Reports are manually prepared by the Amondo team and shared as:

  • Secure URLs

  • PDF summaries

  • Google Sheets or XLS exports

Reports are typically generated on request, though an agreed cadence can be established (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or at campaign end). Clients retain persistent access to all reports provided.

Compliance

All reporting data is aggregated and anonymised. Data collection and processing are managed through Amondo’s analytics systems, in compliance with GDPR and the company’s internal data protection controls.
