Managed Delivery follows four key stages:

Roles and Communication

Each project is managed by an Amondo account manager or client success lead, supported by a dedicated moderation and reporting team. A shared communication channel, typically Slack, WhatsApp or email, is created during onboarding and remains active throughout the campaign to streamline collaboration.

Timelines

A typical Managed Delivery project moves from onboarding to first publication within 1–2 weeks depending on the number of channels and integrations. Reporting cadence and moderation frequency are agreed during setup and can be adjusted at any time.
