Submission Tiles
See how to create Submission Tiles to gather user-generated content from you community and customers to contribute to your Imprints.
A Submission Tile is a form embedded directly into your Imprint that allows visitors to submit content, data, or personal information without leaving the experience.
Submission Tiles are typically used to collect user-generated content (UGC) and first-party audience data, including marketing permissions, regulations or competition entries. They are designed to make submission simple for users while ensuring brands capture structured, permissioned data.
What you can do with Submission Tiles
Collect user-generated photos and videos with explicit permission for marketing use
Capture event registrations and attendee information
Run competitions or giveaways directly inside your Imprint
Collect email addresses and consent for future marketing communications
Display submission forms as QR codes for fast mobile access in physical spaces
Submission Tiles at live events
A common use case for Submission Tiles are during live events, where attendees are invited to submit photos or videos via a QR code. Submissions can be moderated, approved and displayed on screens – while simutaneously you capture permission to reuse the content across marketing channels during and after the event.
Setting up a Submission Tile
Submission Tiles are currently available as part of Amondo's managed service. Our team builds and configures Submission Tiles to make sure data, permissions and delivery are handled directly.

Content moderation
Submitted photos and videos can be routed into a dedicated Collection. Content is not automatically published and can be reviewed or moderated before being used in an Imprint or displayed publicly.
Data delivery options

Using Submission Tiles with QR codes
Submission Tiles can be displayed as QR codes at events, retail locations or out-of-home activations. Visitors scan the code with their mobile device and are taken directly to the submission form, making it easy to collect consent data on the go.
